- We will determine the shipping costs and email you an invoice for the total cost plus shipping. If you don’t want to order, just ignore this invoice or to proceed pay the invoice. The invoice includes a way to securely pay online using Master Card, Visa, Discover (for domestic orders only), or an ACH bank draft. We prefer the last option because it has the lowest processing fees.
